NATANIA
Is created in the year 1986. From this moment onwards, it becomes the First Housing Plan with self-financing in the country. This expansive real estate project aims at fulfilling all the housing needs of a middle class sector. In Argentina, this social group had access to their own house only through governmental plans and with many requirements. NATANIA starts in the provinces of San Juan, Río Negro and Neuquén. Nowadays, it is being successfully developed in Córdoba and Mendoza. Our purpose is to nationalize NATANIA and to develop this housing plan in the most important cities of the country.
