The first “Plan de Viviendas” (Housing Plan) was developed in San
Juan with its own financing and without government intervention.
The New Housing Plan offers the possibility to the middle class
to have access to their own house through flexible and accessible
payment plans. It became an institution in San Juan, with more than
3,300 marketed houses (21 neighborhoods).
The system was later implemented in the South provinces of Argentina,
Neuquén and Río Negro. Nowadays it is successfully applied in Córdoba,
the second most important province in the country.
1989: Real Estate Developments.
Mr. Jaime Garbarsky became CEO of the Group and the company changed
as he acquired the specific know-how of the real estate developer.
The Group became one of the most important companies in the interior
of the country reaching national and international significance.
The period strengthened with the expansion to Córdoba and the development
of Las Delicias, the first gated community in the interior and the
first one with permanent inhabitants in all the country, becoming
a landmark in the real estate market, at a provincial and national
level. After it, there followed Lomas de la Carolina , the intelligent
building ECIPSA Tower, the first Master Panned Community Valle Escondido
and the gated community El Bosque.
1995: It entered the Capital Market.
The track record and the business background allowed to enter the
capital market successfully with different financial instruments.
2000: Market Value.
Another business success was the placement of shares of Euromayor
S.A. de Inversiones in the Stock Market of Buenos Aires.
2005: Mega-emprendimientos.
After Valle Escondido (300 has), ECIPSA Group strengthens itself
with the development of mega-emprendimientos, such as TierraAlta
, the first Argentine Eco-village located along the highway to Carlos
Paz (400 has) and Laguna Azul in the hills of Córdoba (450 has).
It also has mega-housing complexes such as CasaMagna (Mendoza),
